Atlas turns your flight, hotel and rental confirmations into one clean trip timeline. Need a hand? Start here.
Frequently asked questions
How does Atlas find my trips?
Three ways: forward a confirmation email to your personal Atlas address (shown in Profile → Forward confirmations, ending in @atlastrips.app), connect Gmail so Atlas finds them for you, or add bookings by hand with the + button on any trip.
Why can't I connect Gmail?
Gmail sync is in a limited beta while Google reviews Atlas, so Google may block the connection for some accounts. Forwarding works for everyone in the meantime, with any email provider.
Does Atlas read all of my email?
No. Atlas uses Gmail read-only access and only opens messages identified as travel confirmations. It never sends, deletes, or modifies your email, and it does not read or store the content of non-travel messages. See our
Privacy Policy for full detail.
I connected Gmail but no trips appeared.
Make sure your inbox contains at least one flight or hotel confirmation, then pull down to refresh on the Trips screen. Initial sync can take 10–30 seconds. If trips still don't appear, forward the confirmation instead, or send us feedback from the app.
How do I disconnect my email or delete my account?
To stop Gmail access, remove Atlas at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your entire account and all associated data, tap Profile → Delete account, or email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Which email providers are supported?
Forwarding works with every provider. Direct Gmail sync is in beta; Outlook / Microsoft 365 and iCloud sync are planned.
Is my data secure?
Email access tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses TLS. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Read the full
Privacy Policy.
